Z from Essex has lost confidence in Murdeira Beach III

"I paid the €1000 reservation in August 2007 for a 3 bedroom 3 bath duplex. Since then, I have found the developer particularly poor at communication, and at arranging my mortgage. They have had staff turnover and been incompetent. They have not asked me for any more money and have only once asked me to sign the contract. Whilst I think the original deal and concept is fantastic and I am sure that this will prove a very good investment, I decided to pull out as I just don't trust them. "

I from Cork is one of the backers of Murdeira Beach III.

"I have invested over€750,000 with Cape Verde Developments. Another investor in Cork was approached and asked for more money. He he has put in over €1m. Now they have a cash call. I did not realise I was part of a group of investors till the other day and apparently I will have a cash call also.
