Z from Essex has lost confidence in Murdeira Beach III
"I paid the €1000 reservation in August 2007 for a 3 bedroom 3
bath duplex. Since then, I have found the developer particularly
poor at communication, and at arranging my mortgage. They have had
staff turnover and been incompetent. They have not asked me for
any more money and have only once asked me to sign the contract.
Whilst I think the original deal and concept is fantastic and I
am sure that this will prove a very good investment, I decided to
pull out as I just don't trust them. "
I from Cork is one of the backers of Murdeira Beach III.
"I have invested over€750,000 with Cape Verde Developments.
Another investor in Cork was approached and asked for more money.
He he has put in over €1m. Now they have a cash call. I did
not realise I was part of a group of investors till the other day
and apparently I will have a cash call also.
M from Birmingham fears that she has lost her investment in Murdeira
Beach III
"Bought in 2006 , have paid €280,000 so far, We have contacted
Cape Verde Development and it looks like it is all over. We will
probably never see our money again . I never get involved in my
husband`s dealings , as I trust him in whatever he does , this was
a sort of retirement present for both of us "
P from Manchester believes she has lost everything in Murdeira
Beach III
"Has anyone any idea what's happening with CVD's Murdeira
Beach complex? After reading the posts about Paradise Beach I don't
think I'll ever be sitting in my apartment in Murderia Beach sipping
a nice cold beer!! Money down the drain methinks!!"
A from Dublin wants a ginger group
"I think we are all now very concerned re our investments in Murdeira
and Paradise beach. I am going to set up a group in Dublin , with
a web site . I have personally invested heavily in both projects."
