Sao Vicente Baia das Gatas Property DevelopmentNorth Coast seaside resort Salamansa Sands, Baia das GatasPossibly eventually to be on a rising peninsula near Baia das Gatas, a 560ha site this will have sufficient land area to build 1000 villas of 2 to 5 bedrooms and 500 apartments. There is scope for another marina although this may require dredging as the sea is very shallow off this coast. Yet another golf course of 18 holes is proposed and there will eventually be scope for two hotels the medium-sized 500 bed Beach Hotel, and the small 100 bed Lagoon Hotel . It is also planned to build a water therapy and beauty treatment centre on the hill behind. . It seems unlikely that much will happen in the near future as this developer has taken on a lot of projects without much marketing skill. There is a large terrace around the small swimming pool, which is separated by a low fence from the one in the next house. There are two bedrooms looking out onto a small verandah with two bathrooms.
