It is also called Rosa del Mar. It will face onto the northern tip of Murdeira Bay. But it also proposes a marina built out around the other side of the mountain and looking out to the open ocean, This is because Murdeira Bay has been turned into a whale and turtle sanctuary and the local Camara has banned marinas in the Bay itself. There are also plans for a small golf course along the windy shoreline of the West Coast. The resort will consist of just 2 or 3 bed maisonettes built in
