Maio PropertyVila do Maio DevelopmentA small development of mostly terraced houses. It is being built onto a cliff top just to the south of the main town of Vila do Maio, the main port. It is 20 minutes over rough roads from the airport. It features fairly tightly packed villas and apartments, some of which are already partly built but unsold. It is being developed by Italians who live in Maio so rooms and ground area are small and tight. Well above the sea so that there is no risk of flooding as on other Maio developments. But a bit of a hike from the town though they do have fabulous views across the sea to the west. |
