An Italian company with this unusual English name has bought the
land between the coast road and the beach. It is 41 hectares along
the Cabral Beach. It will feature a shopping centre, which is totally
lacking so far in Sal Rei as well as a residential complex. It consists
of one or two storey buildings, facing the ocean, on one of less
beautiful beaches in Boa Vista.
The 198 apartments will each have a portico or terrace. They will
surround shared private swimming pools that will be located throughout
the grounds of the village..
The architecture fits the landscape of Boa Vista, using simple
and available natural materials, such as stone and wood, along with
terracotta colours.
