This flat is located within the Murdeira Bay Complex on Sal island. It is not in the front-line but you can walk forward a block or two and you will have views of Murdeira Bay and Monte Leao and fantastic sunsets out to the west in the evening. It is no more than 75m from the seashore. There is a secluded sandy beach and a more open one protected by rocky reefs, ideal for snorkelling. There is also a 50m swimming pool, children's pool, playground, tennis court, dive centre, bars and restaurant as well as shops, a medical clinic, hairdresser etc.
