These flats are located close to the beach road in Santa Maria. The building lies north-south at right angles to the beach. So there is a seaview from the commuinal; roof terrace and from siome apartments, but this is not warranted. It is not in the front-line but you can walk forward along the block and you will have views of the fantastic Santa maria beach. It is no more than 75m from the seashore. There is a wide, long sandy beach, ideal for sunbathing or swimming. There is a dive centre and a wide choice of bars and restaurant as well as shops, within a short walk..
