This apartment is located right on the front at Antonio Sousa Beach, to the east of Santa Maria, Sal island. You will have views over one of the world`s best beaches and the Atlantic Ocean, with beautiful sunsets visible from the balcony out to the west in the evening. It is no more than 50m from the seashore and you can hear the waves gently lapping the shoreline, as you watch world champion Josh Angulo windsurfing in the Bay. His windsurf centre is within 50m. There is a long. nearly empty sandy beach streching right along from Santa Maria and on out to Ponto Leme Velha in the east. The sea is mostly calm, ideal for snorkelling or windsurfing. There are bars and restaurants as well as shops, nearby, but the location itself is quiet and peaceful, next to the red Aeroflot hotel, which has a swimming pool. It is 13 minutes walk along the beach to the town centre.
